Abstract

採用透鏡組擴大光束、透鏡陣列聚焦和點陣光曲面聚集光能三種光路設計,通過選擇各光源中的四個工作參數調節光源輸出的輻射照度,本文研製出可用於動物細胞和組織培養使用的、不同強度的三種新型LED生物光源,並使用統計分析軟體SPSS擬合得出它們的輻射照度經驗計算公式。
The three schemes of optical system have been designed by a set of lens to expand the beam of light, an array of lens to focus the rays of light or an array of lens being set in the curved surface to gather the energy of light. The radiance of the three light sources can easily be adjusted to suitable intensity by selecting four parameters in the system respectively. Three new light emitting diode (LED) instruments with different intensity for animal cell or tissue culture are developed and three experiential formulae for calculating radiance have been obtained by SPSS in this paper.
