Abstract
結果表明:父母積極教養方式與大學生專業認同呈顯著正相關,父母消極教養方式與大學生專業認同呈顯著負相關;未來工作自我清晰度分別在父母積極教養方式、消極教養方式與大學生專業認同之間具有部分仲介作用.研究結果檢驗了父母教養方式與大學生專業認同之間的關係,揭示其作用機制,為增強大學生專業認同感提供重要的理論依據。
To explore the influence of positive and negative parenting styles on college students’ professional identity and its action mechanism,570 undergraduate college students were investigated with the simple parenting styles scale, Professional Identity Scale and Future Work Self Salience scale.
Results show that: The positive parenting style was positively correlated with college students’ professional identity, while the negative parenting style was negatively correlated with college students’ professional identity; the future work self salience plays a partially intermediary role between positive parenting style, negative parenting style and college students professional identity. The results of the study examined the relationship between parenting styles and college students professional identity, revealed the mechanism of action, and provided an important theoretical basis for strengthening college students’ professional identity.
