Abstract
採用HPLC對某烟酰胺生產廢水的主要成分進行分析,並模擬廢水中的主要成分烟酰胺(nicotinamide)的濃度,對以烟酰胺為唯一碳源配製的培養基進行降解實驗,獲得有較佳降解率和生長能力的菌株YSI-1和YSI-2。結果表明,YSI菌株的混合菌降解效果優於單株菌,混合菌在初始OD600值為0.4,pH為7.0時,對濃度為2000 mg/L的烟酰胺降解2 d的降解率可達32.8%。延長處理時間或提高菌種的初始OD600值,烟酰胺的去除率均有較大的增加。
The main pollution indexes of a kind of nicotinamide production wastewater were detected using HPLC. Nicotinamide were added as the only carbon source into the medium and optimized cultivation experiments were carried out. Two strains with higher degradation ability and faster growing characteristic were isolated and were named YSI-1 and YSI-2. Results showed that the mixed of YSI-1 and YSI-2 achieved higher degradation rate than the single strain. When the initial concentration of the mixed strains was 0.4, pH was 7, 0 and the nicotinomide concentration was 2000 mg/L, the degradation rate was 32.8% after 2 days' degradation. Also, by extending the degradation time and improving the initial OD, higher niconomide degradation rate can be achieved. Copyright © 2006 中國科學院生態環境研究中心.
