Abstract
1958年《漢語拼音方案》頒佈,至今已六十年。在這六十年裹,漢語拼音作為學習普通話的重要工具之一,受到了越來越多的重現。在香港,無論是《普通話科課程指引》(2017) 的設置,還是普通話科的拼音教學,都仍然存在很多問題。面對香港小學拼音方面現存的問題,本文提出三點建議︰第一,漢語拼音應盡早進行並集中化教學 ﹔第二,倡導普及拼導法與直讀拼音教學法、數調法與韻母定調法相結合 ﹔第三,積極推廣策略化拼音教學。基於上述建議,一方面希望借此提升香港小學生的普通話能力水平 ﹔另一方面希望改善香港小學生閱讀行為態度問題,並對提升香港小學生的閱讀素養起到積極的作用。
Scheme of the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet was promulgated in 1958, and it has been in existence for 60 years. In these sixty years, Scheme of the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet has received more and more attention as one of the important tools for learning Putonghua. In Hong Kong, there are still many problems in both the setting of Putonghua Curriculum Guide (2017) and Chinese phonetic alphabet teaching. In the face of the existing problems of Chinese Phonetic Alphabet in primary schools of Hong Kong, we put forward three kinds of suggestions. Firstly, the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet should be carried out as early as possible and centralized teaching. Secondly, we should advocate popularizing the methods of phonics and direct phonetic alphabet teaching. In addition, the methods of number adjustment method and finals should be combined. Thirdly, we should actively promote Chinese phonetic alphabet teaching strategies. Based on the above suggestions, we want to achieve the following objectives. On the one hand, we hope to enhance the standard of Putonghua proficiency of primary school students in Hong Kong. On the other hand, we hope to improve the attitude of reading behavior of primary school students in Hong Kong and play a positive role in enhancing the reading literacy of primary school students in Hong Kong.
