Abstract
學術語體研究隨著科技和學術的繁榮發展而愈發受到重視。本文討論了學術語篇中重要的語言特徵和修辭資源——轉述標記。通過自建的學術論文語料庫,本研究考察了轉述標記的形式、功能與分佈。研究發現:轉述標記的功能分佈模式為“話語性標記>研究性標記(過程性標記>發現性標記)>認知性標記”,體現了學術語體注重對話的修辭特點;轉述標記的篇章位置分佈是一項修辭資源,人文社會科學的論文表現出4種分佈類型,體現了不同學科的話語範式特點。轉述標記的使用頻率表現出長尾分佈形態,且不同功能類型的轉述標記的多樣度不同;學科是影響轉述標記分佈的重要因素,轉述標記的分佈特點展現了各個學科的修辭特色。本文構建的功能類型、篇章位置、頻次與多樣度相結合的框架,能對修辭資源的分佈進行有效分析,進而揭示其修辭策略與效果。
The study of the academic genre has attracted more and more attention with the development of academics, science and technology. This paper studies the reporting markers (RMs), which are the important language features and rhetorical resources of academic papers. Based on a self-built corpus of Chinese academic papers, this paper examines the forms, functions and distribution of RMs. The findings are as follows. First, the usage of RMs shows a pattern of “discourse markers > research markers (procedural markers > finding markers) > cognition markers” in terms of function categories, reflecting the importance of dialogue and negotiation in academic genre. Second, the positional distribution of RMs is one of the rhetorical resources,and shows four kinds of distributional patterns which reflect the characteristics of discourse paradigms in different disciplines. The frequency of RMs shows a long-tailed style, and RMs of different functional categories have differences in diversity. The discipline is a key factor influencing the distribution of RMs, and the distributional differences of RMs show the rhetorical property of each discipline. The framework in this paper which integrates functional category, textual position, frequency and diversity degree can effectively analyze the distribution of rhetorical resources, and then reveal the rhetorical strategies and effects.
