準中文教師的語文增潤課程

Abstract

2012年香港教育學院為進一步提高學員的語文水平,實施一系列新的語文政策,並把準中文教師的語文增潤課程(包括中文及普通話)轉交中國語言學系負責。課程設有五個必修科和一個選修科,但都不帶學分。為維持學習動機和確保教學成效,課程採取了三項對策:包括學習內容務求實用有趣,側重進展性評估及設置獨立的積分與等級換算公式。 據此,課程實施以來,取得不俗成果。
In order to further raise students’ language standards, the Hong Kong Institute of Education has implemented a series of new language policies since 2012, one of which is to have the Department of Chinese Language Studies to take charge of the enhancement programme (including both Chinese Language and Putonghua) for prospective Chinese language teachers. The programme comprises five core subjects and one elective which are all non-credit-bearing. To maintain motivation in learning and ensure teaching effectiveness, three measures, namely the use of practical and interesting teaching materials, the focus on formative assessment and the setting up of an independent formula for mark-to-grade conversion, have been taken.
