Abstract
時下學生熱愛流行曲,借助流行曲教學,不但可以讓學生輕鬆學習語文,也能提高學生的語文水平。 本文援引不同例子,展示教師可以如何借助學生熟悉的流行曲進行語法教學,以助解說語素、詞、短語、句子等知識,共提高學習氣氛。 不過,教師借助流行曲教學,必須針對教學目標、教學對象和教學進度,選取適切例子,教學方法更須靈活多變。
This essay suggests that in order to let students learn grammar effectively and happily, teachers should first make this subject interesting. It is suggested that popular songs may be used as teaching materials of Chinese grammar.
The use of popular songs is appropriate for learning grammar for two reasons. First, students have vast interest in popular songs. Second, the use of audio and visual materials (such as CDs and VCDs) may enhance student learning.
This essay gives a number of examples which show how different Cantonese pop songs can be used to teach: (1) morpheme; (2) vocabulary; (3) phrase/clause and (4) sentence.
There are three points which should be noted by teachers. First, the examples used should be updated from time to time. Also, students of different ages may like different pop songs. Second, the examples (i.e. lyrics) used must be in accordance with teaching objectives and progress. Third, teachers may be more creative in using pop songs to teach Chinese.
