植物多酚物質原位鈍化污染土壤重金屬的研究I.對土壤Cu吸持與溶出的影響

Abstract

研究了兩種縮合類植物多酚L和Y對土壤中污染元素Cu的吸持解吸的影響。結果表明植物多酚具有明顯促進土壤吸持Cu,抑制土壤Cu的溶出作用,而且在潮土上效果更大。在所研究的Cu和多酚濃度範圍內,多酚Y都比多酚L作用顯著。Cu的吸持等溫線可用Freundlich方程定量描述。有多酚存在的條件下土壤對Cu的吸持量比對照處理(不加多酚)高3-6倍。兩種土壤對Cu吸持率隨著多酚溶液濃度增加也隨之增加,特別是在0-400mg(C)L的多酚溶液濃度範圍內,多酚Y和多酚L的濃度每提高100mg(C)L,可分別使紅壤對Cu的吸持率提高33.3%和56.6%,而使潮土提高14.1%和21.4%。在土壤對Cu的吸附率相對比較低時(如pH2-5),添加植物多酚顯著增加土壤對Cu吸附。隨著多酚溶液濃度的提高,兩種土壤中Cu的溶出率都隨之降低。
The sorption and dissolution of copper in acidic and calcareous soils by two condensed plant polyphenols L and Y were studied. The results showed that plant polyphenols L and Y could increase markedly the sorption and decrease the dissolution of copper for both soils and the effect was more pronounced for calcareous soil than acidic soil. Within the Cu and polyphenol solution concentration ranges studied ,the increase in Cu sorption caused by Y was consistently greater than that by L. The Cu sorption isotherms could be well described by the Freundlich equation. With the presence of plant polyphenols Cu sorption capacity of both soils was 3-6 times higher than that of control. Increasing the polyphenols solution concentration caused a significant enhancement on the sorption of Cu by both soils, especiaug at the range of 0 00mg(C)/L of polyphenol solution, sorption of Cu was increased by 33 3% and 56 6% with a polyphenol solution increment of 100mg(C)/L for L and Y, respectively,in acidic sandy soil, and 14 1% and 21 4% in calcareous soil. An increase in polyphenol concentration significantly increased the sorption of Cu by both soils. Moreover, the increase of Cu sorption caused by plant polyphenols was more obvious in acidic soil with lower pH (pH2-5). In addition, the dissolution of Cu decreased with an increase of the concentration of plant polyphenols for both soils. Copyright © 2003 科學出版社.
