未來教師教育的展望:邁向未來素養取向的教師教育

Abstract

《中國教育現代化2035》強調質素、師德、專業和終身學習等元素。本文透過文獻考察建議一個未來素養取向的教師教育,期望建構一個具彈性、跨地域及跨界協作、著重21世紀技能或核心素養、研究和反思、體驗式學習取向的教師教育景觀。
Our nation announced the document "Chinese Education Modernization 2035" which emphasizes the elements of quality, teachers’ morality, professionalism and lifelong learning. This paper proposes proposes a FUTURE literacy-oriented approach to teacher education through literature review. This approach aims to construct a teacher education landscape that highlights flexibility, transnational and cross-sector collaboration, and emphasizes twenty-first century skills or core competencies as well as research-based, reflective and experiential learning.
