服務學習對青少年身份認同形成之作用

Abstract

文章探討服務學習對青少年身份認同的影響,分別從利社會態度與行為、公民身份、職業取向、社會經濟階層、種族與族群、性別等身份認同範疇分析服務學習對青少年身份認同形成的積極作用,並討論相關服務學習方案的特點及重要性。旨在增進我們對服務學習這一學習形式的理解,並為服務學習設計者提供改進建議。
This paper focuses on the impact of the exposure to service-learning on adolescent’s identity formation. Domain-specific identities, such as pro-social attitude and behaviour, citizenship, vocation orientation, social and economic status, race and ethnicity, gender, etc., are examined, and the program characteristics of service-learning are also discussed. This paper may be helpful for better understanding of the implications of service-learning, and the practitioners of service-learning may get inspirations on the design and development of service-learning in the future.
