Abstract

自2000年教育改革文件推出以來,學校已不斷進行大量「適應」教改要求的工作;尤其在課程改革文件的推動下,學校都忙於推行各個關鍵項目及各類教學活動,一時間大部分學校都到處觀摩,互相學習。很多教學活動在某類學校、對某些學生雖然恰當和有效,但在別校進行時卻往往由於學生的程度和社經背景不同,以及教師的能量、學校的文化、團隊的協作關係有異等,而失去效果。經過百花齊放卻亂象紛陳的情境,現在已是適當時機去檢視、沉澱和提煉具效果的教學活動,而不再是左抄右擇、以量取勝的時候了。本文主要探索影響有效學習的關鍵因素,並說明整全與系統化效能分析的重要。
In response to the educational and curriculum reform in Hong Kong, many schools and teachers have adopted and implemented all kinds of so-called innovative curriculum issues and teaching methodologies. Many of these practices are shared, learned and borrowed among schools, and adopted without any inquiries in their learning effectiveness. This article describes the importance of matching good teaching and/or learning practices with some critical factors affecting learning effectiveness, such as students’ background, teachers’ paradigm, subject discipline, and so on. A systematic inquiry of why and how effective learning takes place is deliberated. Copyright © 2005 趙志成.
