新高中學制下的學習差異問題

Abstract

自從2009年始,香港高中課程已進入歷史性時刻,所有中四至中六的學生,都可以免費接受政府資助,毋須經歷公開考試,直至他們完成中六課程為止。從課程設計的角度而言,新高中課程理應從以往艱深單一的學術取向,邁向普及課程之路。但是,新高中學制的課程設計能否作相應的措施?本文嘗試從課程的角度,探討新高中課程的有關局限,以及如何對個別差異學習作出調適,並就問題作出建議。
Since 2009, the Hong Kong senior secondary school curriculum has entered into a new stage as all secondary 4, 5, and 6 students will receive free education provided by the government. There will be no public examinations for secondary school students until they fully complete their secondary school education. With regard to curriculum design, it is necessary for the new senior secondary school curriculum to be designed in such a way that it is orientated towards general education. But how can this be done so that the new curriculum will be responsive to students' diverse needs? This paper explores how the new senior secondary school curriculum has been designed to cater for students' individual differences. Its limitations are discussed and suggestions are made in light of the problems faced. Copyright © 2012 香港青年協會.
