新加坡學前教育課程改革:歷程與啟示

Abstract

為提升學前教育質量,新加坡政府以課程改革為著眼點及突破口,推出了一系列政策舉措。本文系統介紹新加坡學前教育課程改革的歷程,包括2000年頒布《學前教育的理想成果》,2003年頒布《培養早期學習者:新加坡幼兒園課程框架》,2008年頒布《幼兒園課程框架》,2010年在社青體部成立早期兒童研究基金會,2012年基於“i Teach”原則修訂《幼兒園課程框架》並予以實施,2013年成立早期兒童發展署等,以期為進一步推動我國學前教育的發展提供借鑒。
To enhance the quality of early childhood education, Singapore government has launched the new round of early childhood curriculum reform and implemented a series of reform measures. This paper systematically introduces the evolution of the reform in Singapore, including The Expected Achievements of Early Childhood Education published in 2000, Nurturing Early Learners: A Framework for a Kindergarten Curriculum in Singapore in 2003, Kindergarten Curriculum Guide in 2008,Early Childhood Research Foundation established in 2010, the revision of Kindergarten Curriculum Framework based on the principle of "i Teach" in 2012, and the establishment of the Department of Early Childhood Development in 2013.
