新中國課程實施70年回顧與展望

Abstract

在我國課程發展歷程中,課程實施是一個新的話題。縱觀新中國成立70年來課程實施研究的演進與發展,可大致劃分為三個基本階段:20世紀50年代到90年代以國家統一制定課程和編制教材為主,課程政策的制定與執行是課程實施的主要表現;90年代末期到21世紀初以國外理論的引介與局部實驗為主要特徵,課程實施研究緩慢起步;伴隨著新一輪課程改革的啟動,課程實施研究進入黃金時期,大量的理論與實踐研究成果不斷湧現,在確保改革平穩推進的同時,逐步形成獨特的理論體系。
In the course of curriculum development in China, curriculum implementation is a new research field. The evolution and development of curriculum implementation research over the past 70 years of China can be divided into three periods. The first period is from the 1950s to the 1990s. In this period, the curriculum and textbooks are unified by the government, and the main manifestation of curriculum implementation is the formulation and implementation of curriculum policy. The second period is from the end of the 1990s to the beginning of the 21st century. In this period, foreign theories are introduced, some local experiments are made, and the researches on the curriculum implementation begin to develop slowly. The third period is from the 21st century to today. In this period, with the launch of the new curriculum reform, curriculum implementation research has entered a golden era. A large number of theoretical and practical research results has emerged. With the steady progress of reform, a unique theoretical system has been gradually formed. Copyright © 2019 人民教育出版社; 課程教材研究所.
