Abstract
為了更好地理解教練職業環境,基於本土化研究,通過專家訪談,運用紮根理論方法歸納出教練職業環境的結構和內含,並發展教練職業環境的測量工具,探討教練職業環境與效果的關系。教練職業環境的測量工具經過初卷形成、預測數據的項目分析和探索性因素分析、正式施測數據的驗證性因素分析,得出教練職業環境包含3個維度,即隊伍支援環境、項目管理環境、隊員職業環境。教練職業環境問卷具有較好的信、效度,達到測量學標準。通過結構方程模型驗證探討教練職業環境與效果的關系,發現教練職業環境對教練職業競爭力有顯著性積極影響。研究旨在為相關部門提供參考、優化教練職業環境,幫助教練更好地實現職業發展。
To better understand sport coaches’ career environment, this study was to develop the questionnaire of it, basing on indigenous qualitative research. Through the ways of interviewing excellent coaches, compiled the preliminary questionnaire of sport coaches’ career environment. 310 subjects were tested. After the project identification degree analysis and exploratory factor analysis the authors retain 12 items. In 12 items which contains three factors that is team support environment, event management environment, and athletes’ career environment. Formal test sample contains 312 subjects, confirmatory factor analysis support the structure validity of the scale. The project reliability and validity of the questionnaire of the coaches’ career environment is good, and it has achieved the requirement of psychology, so it is an effective tool to measure the coaches’ career environment. What’s more, the coaches’ career environment has an obvious effect on internal marketability and external marketability, which was called career competition. Copyright © 2018 西安體育學院.
