教科書使用取向的核心:教師專業發展

Abstract

近年,各國相繼推行課程改革,以切合世界發展的需要。然而,教科書在學校教育過程中,仍是不可或缺的工具,教科書都是教學和學習的最重要素材。教科書的形式可能會隨社會發展和科技進步而改變,但仍是難以取代的工具。近年,教科書研究已有長足進展,包括理論上的研究、經驗上的研究、方法上的探討。此研究聚焦探討教師使用教科書的情況及問題。首先,介紹過去20年教科書使用的研究成果;其次,從上述研究成果中分析教師使用教科書所展現的問題,結癥在于教師過度倚賴教科書;最後,分析解決問題的取向,建議必須關注教師專業發展。針對教師過度依賴教科書的問題,需分析教科書、教師、學生、學習等因素之關系,從而理順解決的取向。
In recent years, many countries have been implementing the curriculum reform to meet the needs of world development. However, textbook is still an indispensable tool in the course of school education, and it is the most important teaching and learning material. With the social development and the progress of science and technology, textbooks may change, but they are still difficult to be replaced. In recent years, textbook research has great progress, including the theoretical research and empirical research, and the method of study. This article focused on the situations and problems of teachers using textbooks. Firstly, this paper introduced the research achievements of textbooks’ using in the last twenty years; secondly, it analyzed the teachers’ use of textbooks from the above research results, the problems showes that knot disease lies in teachers’ excessive reliance on textbooks; finally, the article analyzed the orientation of problem solutions, we suggest that we must pay attention to the teachers’ professional development. The author believes, aiming at the problem of teacher excessively rely on textbooks, we need to analyze the relationship of textbooks, teachers, students, learning and other factors to straighten out the solving orientation.
