教師“職業高原期”的成因與邁向卓越教師的策略

Abstract

從學者提出的卓越教師的特質結構與教師的“職業高原期”的成因與表現進行分析對比來看,二者有內在的相關性,即具備迎接挑戰、適應變化的環境、具有抗逆能力、持續自我的反思的素質等,這是決定一個教師避免進入“職業高原期”或者面臨“職業高原期”時在身心和正向發展方面積極努力並且邁向卓越的關鍵。
Base on a review of the analysis and discussion of the characteristic structure of excellent teachers and the causes and manifestation of teachers’ "career plateau", intrinsic correlation of the two can be found. The ability to meet challenges, to adapt to changing environment and to resist adversity, and the quality of continuous self-reflection are key for a teacher to avoid entering the "career plateau", or to strive for development with positive physical and mental state and successfully becoming Excellent.
