Abstract
本文以兩所學校為個案對象,探索教師對資訊科技教育的認同感、學校文化及兩者間的互動。研究發現,高認同感的教師在教育改革中扮演著積極的角色,同時,學校如果有愛心、互相尊重和建立良好的學習文化,更有助教師認同改革。要資訊科技教育改革成功實踐,學校要及早地全面規劃,營造更有利學校文化,確立全校共有的願景,形成學習型社群,並提供校內外支援,使教學硬件與教學文化的轉變共同配合。
The study explores teachers' receptivity to information technology (IT) in education, school culture and the interactions between the two. Two schools were invloved in the case study. The findings reveal that teachers of high receptivity play actively role in the educational reforms. In addition, a takes care and courteous to each member, and construct the culture of learning community will be prominent to enhance teachers receptivity to IT. For the implementation of the change, the school may consider constructing the change holistically, establishing the school vision, leading the school towards a learning community, providing teacher support inside and outside school, and putting the change in soft and hard in mesh.
