《教學與教師教育》的國際比較研究

Abstract

本文系對《教學與教師教育》過去20年發表文章中的8篇進行的綜述,體現了全球化對教師這一職業的影響。而隨著環境的不同,這種影響的體現方式也不盡相同。此綜述所選擇的文章著眼於分析國際比較方式中的地方性環境因素。該綜述結尾處提出未來國際比較的可行性,也探討了如何吸收他國經驗來實現教育領域的千年發展目標與如何發展全民教育。
This review of eight papers published in Teaching and Teacher Education over the past twenty years shows how the profession has been impacted by the forces of globalization. The impact varies in different contexts, according to local factors. The review looks at papers that use explicit international comparisons as a means to bring local contextual characteristics into sharp relief, and discusses the values and pitfalls of this approach. The review concludes by suggesting apossible future agenda for international comparisons, one that seeks answers to the domestic challenges of the Millennium Development Goals and Education for All by looking for solutions overseas. However, international appropriation needs to remain highly sensitive to the cultural context of implementation. Copyright © 2015 華中師範大學.
