教學專長發展與教師教育

Abstract

教師的專業發展是一個教師經歷由新手型向專家型逐步轉變的過程。透過對專家—新手教師的比較及教師特質的分析,本文探討了教師教學專長的原型觀和發展模式,並指出教師專長發展的特點,希冀能對專家型教師的培養以及教師教育有指導意義和參考價值。
The professional development of teachers is a gradual progress, which is from novice teachers to expert teachers. By analyzing research on expert-novice teachers and the characteristics of teachers, this thesis probed into the prototype view and development pattern of teachers’ pedagogical expertise. Through proposing a holistic view of teacher pedagogical expertise, this thesis is expected to provide valuable instruction and reference for the expert teachers’ training and teacher education.
