Abstract
教師可以怎樣推動學生創意?通過回顧教育學和組織行為學領域有關創意的文獻,本文著重分析影響學生創意發揮和發展的社會情景因素,包括教師的示範作用、非正式的學習經驗、團隊合作、心理安全、營造開放共融的校園環境等。本文繼而探討推動學生創意與抑制學生創意的教師在與學生互動方面的行為差異。
What can teachers do to foster student creativity? This paper presents a synthesis of literature in education and organizational science. It focuses on identifying contextual factors that contribute to the development of student creativity, including role modelling, informal learning experiences, collaborating with diverse others, psychological safely, and cultivating an inclusive school environment. The practical implications for teaching practices and ways of interacting with students are also discussed. Copyright © 2014 香港青年協會.
