推行幼兒體適能課程之模式及策略

Abstract

幼兒教育是終身學習的基礎,而健康更是一切學習的起步。因此,幼兒教育工作者必須特別注意幼兒的體適能發展。本文旨在與讀者分享在學前機構如何推行幼兒體適能課程之模式及策略。當中包括了「全人身─心─靈安舒」的模式,幼兒體適能金字塔和運動樂奔紛的模式。此外,在推行時學前機構也可以參考「校本幼兒體適能模式」,並安排有意義和適切的一周幼兒體育課程。最後,作者更引介循環 (障礙) 遊戲,列明注意事項,給幼教同工參考,促進幼兒體適能的發展。
Early Childhood Education is the foundation for life-long learning. Health is the base for children’s learning. Therefore, early childhood teachers should emphasize young children’s physical development. The main purpose of this article is to share with readers about the models and strategies for implementing preschool physical education curriculum in Hong Kong. The strategies include: the Whole Person Wellness Model, the Preschool Physical Fitness Pyramid, and the Music-Running-Fun Physical Activity Model. Besides, a weekly School-Based Preschool Physical Education Model will be suggested in this article. Finally, the author will recommend the “Circuit Games” for early childhood practitioners in preschool settings to promote young children’s physical fitness.
