Abstract
要解決我國內地幼兒園教師的工資待遇問題，需要儘快完成學前教育立法工作，堵塞法規漏洞；增加公辦和集體辦幼兒園的教師編制，完善民辦幼兒園教師的聘用體制；建立科學合理的幼兒園教師認證和職稱評定制度；建立幼兒園教師工資標準和執行保障機制；逐步將學前一年教育納入義務教育體系；專門制定針對農村幼教發展的政策。通過對海南、廣東和浙江三地改革方案的分析發現，以上改革建議是比較全面、系統、可行的。 Copyright © 2012 浙江教育報刊總社.
