微學習 (Micro Learning):掃屏滑幕與教學設計

Abstract

微學習的概念不是一個新的想法,它的成功並不僅僅是將內容細碎化(大多數人同意只有教學內容不會導致學習自動發生),微學習提供更有意義的學習過程,學習內容與現實生活中的場景更相關、更迅速,而這些活動可以嵌入到學校、工作或生活中。行動學習的滲透與每個人口袋中的裝置,正模糊了正式和非正式學習之間的界限。非正式的學習日益加重。然而,學習成功的關鍵因素在於學習者是否有動力學習之餘,或者我們對學習者的了解有多少,然後以此在移動設備上設計更多的學習機會。
The concept of micro-learning is not a new idea. It is not simply cutting the learning content into smaller pieces but making the learning process more meaningful. Micro-learning leads students into real-life learning, including schools, work places or other daily life scenarios. The adoption of mobile learning, with the handy device in everyone’s pocket, can integrate both formal and informal learning. However, the effectiveness of micro-learning depends greatly on (1) whether or not the students are motivated to learn, and (2) if the teacher are aware of the students’ learning needs and hence design mobile devices accordingly.
