從融合課程到融合教學法:融合教育理念的真實踐行

Abstract

融合教育是聯合國宣導的促進全民教育公平的一項策略,已經掀起世界範圍的教育改革和創新。融合導向的課程改革和發展一直是學校教育討論的核心。本文在瀝清課程與教學關係的基礎上,對融合教育背景下課程的理論與實踐探索進行系統梳理,包含:(1) 國家層面:共同課程框架的建構;(2)學校層面:採用多重的方法和策略幫助特殊教育需要學生參與普通教育課程;及(3)課堂教學層面:融合教學法。在此基礎上,本文進一步探討了中國大陸的特殊教育及融合教育改革,並從國家、學校及課堂教學層面提出了相關的建議的和意見。
As a strategy to promote equality in education for all, inclusive education has set off education reform and innovation around the world. Inclusive-oriented curriculum reform and development has always been the core of school education. On the basis of clarifying the relationship between curriculum teaching, this paper first systematically summarizes the theoretical and practical curriculum exploration under the background of inclusive education, including :(1) at national level efforts: constructing a common curriculum framework at the national level; (2) at school level efforts: adopting multiple methods and strategies to promote access and success in general curriculum for students with special educational needs; and (3) at classroom level: inclusive pedagogy. This paper further discusses the curriculum reform of special education and inclusive education in mainland China and puts forward the relevant suggestions and opinions. Copyright © 2020 特殊教育學會有限公司.
