從學到教:香港音樂教師的本科教育及專業發展

Abstract

為順應全球化背景下的國際音樂教育趨勢,並結合香港音樂教育的實際情況,近年來香港對音樂教師的本科課程進行了一定深度和廣度的改革。香港教育學院文化與創意藝術學系的四年制音樂教育榮譽學士的課程設置及其實踐,採用“成果導向學習”教學模式,為准教師制定預期的學習成果,並依照所訂立的目標預備有關教學工作;同時強調加強學生的整體學習經驗,使他們發展更廣闊的國際視野,加強國家和地區間教育範疇之聯繫,藉此培養具革新意念的教師和音樂家。
Recently, to conform to the trends in international music education in the context of globalization, Hong Kong has carried out reforms of certain depth and width in the undergraduate courses of its music teachers in accordance with the current state of the city’s music education. The courses of an honorary BA in a four-year music education program offered by the Department of Culture and Creative Arts show that a teaching model of "achievement-oriented learning" is adopted, expected learning results are defined for prospective teachers and teaching is prepared according to the goals defined. Also, the students’ overall learning experience is emphasized in the hope that they will develop wider international perspectives, strengthen the ties of educational ideas between nations and regions and become teachers and musicians with an innovative spirit.
