Abstract
團隊在組織活動中扮演著日益重要的角色,而團隊學習是團隊持久競爭力的根本解決方案之一。回顧了國外近年來對團隊學習的研究,重點介紹了 Edmondson的團隊學習模型,詳細討論了團隊學習的發生過程和影響團隊學習的因素,並對照原有的組織學習理論進行了對比分析,最後,闡述了團隊學習理論對於組織實踐的借鑒意義和進一步開展團隊學習研究的建議。
International research advances in team learning were reviewed. The team learning model proposed by Professor Amy C. Edmondson was highlighted. The team learning process and key impacting factors were ilustrated and compared against our knowledge of teamwork and organizational learning. Practical implication and further directions to conduct relevant researches in China were also discussed. Copyright © 2004 華中科技大學.
