Abstract
「願景」是機構組織期望達致的理想前景。校長/主任作為幼教機構的主要領導者,有責任帶領教職員工建立並實踐機構的遠大理想。本文旨在說明在幼教機構內建立共同願景的重要性,並提出實踐策略供校長/主任參考。
Vision is a desirable future of an organization. Preschool leaders have the responsibilities of leading staff to build and share the vision for their schools. This paper analyses the importance of building shared vision in early childhood organizations, and proposes some strategies to implement this approach.
