幼兒階段攻擊行為的介入手法

Abstract

在入讀幼兒園後,由於與同學的社交互動增加,兒童的攻擊行為越見頻繁。研究顯示,具攻擊行為的兒童,其心理困擾甚高,但親社會行為低落,更常受同伴排擠。是次講座會探討不同形式的幼兒攻擊行為(如利用身體或語言的外顯攻擊、及操弄友誼的關係攻擊)。講者亦會分享成年人(如老師及家長)可以如何干預去減低幼兒的攻擊行為,並討論促進幼兒親社會行為的策略。
As opportunities to interact with peers increase in kindergarten, aggressive outbursts among peers in social interactions are commonly observed. Research showed that children who experience aggression may experience high levels of psychological distress. Aggressive children also tend to show low levels of prosocial behavior and experience high levels of peer rejection. In this presentation, different forms of aggression (e.g., overt aggression and relational aggression) will be introduced. The speaker will also focus on strategies that adults (e.g., teachers and parents) may employ to intervene for reducing aggression and promote children’s prosocial behaviours. Copyright © 2018 Learning & Teaching Expo.
