Abstract
探討了采用HPLC法檢測某煙酰胺生產廢水中所含的煙酸、煙酰胺和3-氰基吡啶的方法。結果顯示,該方法的檢測范圍(S/N=3)為0.70~1.18 mg/L,方法的回收率為87%~102%,相對標準偏差為0.9%~3.9%,是一種快速、敏感和可靠的測定方法。
It is described in this article the simultaneous determination of nicotinic acid, nicotinamide and 3-cyanopyridine in industrial effluent from a nicotinamide manufacturing plant with high performance liquid chromatographic method. The limits of detection(S/N=3) ranged from 0.70 to 1.18 mg/L, the recoveries ranged from 87 % to 102 % and the precision expressed as % RSD varied from 0.9 to 3.9.
