工作家庭衝突的初步研究

Abstract

工作家庭衝突是一種特殊類型的角色交互衝突,它對於瞭解人的勝任特徵模型和提高人力管理的效率有重要的意義。本研究通過在銀行、科研單位和高新技術企業進行的有關工作家庭衝突的調查結果表明,較之家庭—工作衝突,工作—家庭衝突能較好預測員工的工作壓力,它通過工作壓力間接地對工作滿意感起作用,女性員工的工作態度更容易受到工作—家庭衝突的影響。
This study was designed to explore the conflict between work and family and to examine the model of work family interface. 195 subjects from banks, academic institutes and high tech companies participated in the investigation. It was found that work-family conflict could predict employee’s job stress better than family-work conflict. The work-family conflict influenced job satisfaction through the moderating variable of job stress. Women’s job attitudes were more sensitive to their perception of work-family conflict.
