Abstract
七巧板是一種平面幾何學遊戲,稱為小小幾何板。本文論述七巧板的源流,指出教師可以因應需要,以不同的活動形式將七巧板引入課程中。幼兒及小學教師可以加插七巧板的演變,讓學生利用七巧板拼砌出各種有趣的圖案,從而增加學生對學習各種圖形的興趣,提升他們對圖形分辨的能力。在幼兒及初小的教學中,教師可以取七巧板加以組合,變成五巧板、三巧板和二巧板。本文亦提供了這些例子以幫助教師實際的教學。
Tangrams, which are also called small geometrical wooden boards, is a game of plane geometry. This paper describes the origin and development of tangrams and points out that teachers can introduce tangrams in their teaching of mathematics at lower primary and kindergarten. Hence, students’ interests and competence of identifying shapes of figures can be enhanced. This paper also provides a lot of examples of tangrams, 5-gram, 3-gram and 2-gram to help teachers in practice. Copyright © 2005 The Hong Kong Institute of Education.
