Abstract
本文論述了高等體育院校開設特殊教育專業的意義，並對體育院校特殊教育專業的定位與培養目標、師資隊伍建設、課程設置、培養模式等方面進行了探討。
This study describes significant value of the establishment of special education discipline(major) at the institute of physical education, and discussed the directions and aims of the special education program.
