Abstract
本人有幸在此曾得到多於一年的聘用合約,可以讓我投入對一教育專業單元(教育的重要議題Critical Issues in Education)作連續教學實驗。適逢學院試行OBL,便把自己對教師教育方向之反思融匯其中。曾說當今的OBL乃西醫模式,而本人探索一種「固本培元」的「中醫模式」。名曰:「端正學風的OBL學教模式」也。教學心得不知還有否機會積累下去,風雨飄搖,播種無處話收成。大言不慚,君子以友輔仁,在此分享本人之探索與憂慮。望指教!
