專業學習共同體發展中的失衡與對策

Abstract

專業學習共同體作為促進教師持續專業發展、創造教師協作文化的途徑之一,其發展過程存在多種失衡現象。聚焦其中三種現象以探析失衡現象背後的根源,並從"保持‘適度異質’"、"允許‘極端化現象’"、"互通有無"等方面尋求相應對策,進而促進專業學習共同體持續健康發展。
Professional learning community is one of the important ways through which we foster the teachers’ sustained professional development and create the collective culture among the teaching professionals. However, there exist some serious problems in its development. This paper focuses on three of these problems and tries to identify the causes for the problems by case examples. What we can do to maintain the healthy professional learning community includes strategies such as "keeping moderate heterogeneousness", "allowing different views", and "open communication and exchange".
