Abstract

為了更好地將教育專業理論和學員學校實習結合,教育政策與行政系一群 同事在零二學年,申請了一個教學發展計劃,檢視系內所教授學科中與學員學校 體驗有關的教學內容,從而為學員提供一套學校體驗檢核表,使未來香港教育學 院學員在實習前有更佳的準備。在該計劃中,有一部份是了解學院學員在實習前 的憂慮及實習中所面對的困難。這篇短文的重點是歸納學員的意見,使學院導師 及實習學校的啟導教師對實習學員有更多的理解,從而為學員提供更有效的協 助,使學員在學校體驗中反思個人的學習經驗。
