家校溝通：給幼師的六個錦囊

當代幼兒教育講究家校協作，家校溝通成為幼兒教育不能或缺的一環。面對不同背景的家長，幼師如何可以建立互信的關係，並有效處理意見不同，甚至是正式投訴等情況？在這個講座中，講者將深入淺出，介紹及演示六種建立關係和處理分歧的方法，幫助幼師在不斷改變的社會中與時並進，與家長一起支持幼兒成長。
Modern early childhood education emphasizes home-school collaboration. Communication with parents is an indispensable part of running a kindergarten. In the face of parents of different backgrounds, how can kindergarten teachers build trustful relationships, and deal with situations involving divergent views and even formal complaints?
