學校環境教育的管理與實施:邁向一個全校取向

Abstract

本文提出全校取向的環境教育的管理與實施。首先討論了學校環境教育實施的障礙,然後闡述了全校取向的支援因素,即遠景建構、教師培訓、組織重構、資源援助/資金、演化性計劃、協調和合作,以及監察及評估。
This paper proposes the mangement and implementation of environmental education in the light of a whole school approach. The barriers of implementing environmental education in schools are first discussed. Then the support elements in a whole school approach, namely vision building, staff development, restructuring, resource assisance/funding, evolutionary planning, co-ordination and coolaboration as well as monitoring and feedback are elaborated.
