學校持續改進的關鍵︰能動者建構能量

Abstract

學校改進於上世紀七八十年代成為重要的研究領域,隨著教育改革的推進,近年來更是受到學者關注。對學校持續改進內涵的探討,彰顯了學校在改進過程中的主體地位,以及改進的目標指向。在眾多影響學校持續改進的因素中,以校長、中層領導、領袖教師等為代表的學校內部能動者是推動學校持續改進的核心力量。校內能動者的能量構成主要包括領導能量和專業能量。不斷增強校內能動者的領導能量和專業能量,是實現學校持續改進的關鍵。
School Improvement has become an important research area since 1970s. With the acceleration of the education reform, this topic has drawn more and more attention from the academic community. The discussion on the meaning of school improvement has underscored the importance of taking school as the center in the process, while at the same time highlighting the objectives of school improvement, namely to strengthen the capacity to manage change and to improve students’ learning outcome. Among various influential factors, inner change agents, including the principals, middle managers and teacher leaders are regarded as the core force to sustain continuous school improvement. The capacity of these inner change agents is made up of leadership capacity and professional capacity. To keep improving the capacity of inner change agents should be the key to the realization of continuous school improvement. Copyright © 2015 華東師範大學課程與教學研究所.
