學前兒童「一對一」閱讀輔導之經驗分享

Abstract

研究指出,「一對一」閱讀輔導是提昇學前兒童閱讀能力的最有效方法。香港教育學院幼兒教育學院提供「職前幼師朗讀計劃」,邀請 57位準幼師作為閱讀導師,以一對一的形式,為兒童朗讀故事,本文報告該閱讀計劃的理念,以及計劃的初步成效。
Recent research confirmed that preschool children benefit from one-to-one tutoring in their literacy development. This paper reported the framework and effectiveness of a reading program conducted by the school of Early Childhood Education, HKIEd, in which a total of 57 CE(ECE) students were invited to be reading tutors to read to preschoolers on a one-to-one basis.
