Abstract
本論文旨在探討同儕觀課對幼兒教育工作者專業發展的重要性及其在本港推行的可行方法。筆者因應本地教育機構實行同儕觀課的情況,分析了其中的影響因素,並建議具體的實踐方法,以期鼓勵本港幼教機構嘗試和實踐同儕觀課,從而促進本地幼兒教育發展。
This paper discusses the importance of peer observation in the professional development of pre-school educators and ways to promote peer observation in Hong Kong. The paper identifies some key factors that influence successful peer observations and suggests ways that staff could put it into practice. The paper hopes to encourage staff in early childhood settings to practise peer observation in order to contribute to the development of Hong Kong’s early childhood education.
