大學生抑鬱自殺意念及影響因素的路徑分析

目的主要探究影響大學生自殺意念的因素，比如衝動、特質焦慮、抑鬱情緒以及絕望感等。方法利用修訂後的自殺意念問卷（SIQ），選擇某省的多所高校中的600例大學生對其進行調查分析和研究。結果一方面，在對自殺意念問卷進行修訂以後，其本身具有良好的可信度；另一方面，根據研究表明，大學生總體的自殺意念篩查結果為9.04%左右，無論是否存在自殺意念，大學生分別在抑鬱、絕望以及特質焦慮這3個方面存在比較明顯的差異；對自殺意念產生顯著預測作用的因素有性別、專業滿意度以及學習成績等。結論根據結構方程模型對結果進行檢驗顯示，對自殺意念存在有明顯預測力的因素是抑鬱情緒和絕望感，對自殺意念並沒有明顯預測力的是衝動和特質焦慮。
Objective To explore the factors that affect the suicidal ideation of college students, such as impulse, trait anxiety, depression, and despair. Methods The revised suicide ideation questionnaire (SIQ) was used to select 600 college students in a certain province for investigation, analysis and research. Results On the one hand, after the suicide ideation questionnaire was revised, it has good credibility; on the other hand, according to research, the overall suicidal ideation screening result of college students is about 9.04%, regardless of whether there is suicidal ideation, college students there are obvious differences in depression, despair, and trait anxiety. The factors that have a significant predictive effect on suicidal ideation include gender, professional satisfaction, and academic performance. Conclusion According to the structural equation model, the results showed that the factors that have obvious predictive power for suicidal ideation are depression and despair, and the factors that have no obvious predictive power for suicidal ideation are impulse and trait anxiety.
