大學教師教學學術的成長階段及發展策略

Abstract

本文探討大學教師教學學術的成長階段及其相關發展策略,以突顯教學學術成長之特點。全文分兩個主要部份:文章首先介紹三種有關大學教師教學學術成長階段的模式,然後結合實證研究,從“如何發展好的教學”、“教師的學術性教學”、“影響教師教學學術成長的因素”三方面討論促進大學教師教學學術成長的策略。
This article depicts and analyzes the development stages of faculty members’ scholarship of teaching and the strategies that foster the development. There are two major parts in the paper. First, three models of the development stages of the scholarship of teaching are introduced and analyzed, and second, strategies to foster the development are discussed, with a focus on how to develop good teaching, how to improve scholarly teaching, and factors that have impacts on faculty members’ teaching.
