大中小學教師教育專業共同體的建構

Abstract

大中小學教師教育專業共同體是以教師教育為基本目標和主要任務,將教師教育拋錨于共同體的脈絡當中所形成的專業協作夥伴組織聯盟。在大學、中小學與其他教育機構的教師教育夥伴開展協作的過程中,由於參與主體內在的獨特性和複雜性,各自面臨不同的問題,師範生的職前教育、在職教師的職後教育以及教師教育者的多重身份等,都影響著大中小學教師教育專業共同體的形成與發展。因此,建構和完善大中小學教師教育專業共同體,需要參與主體積極互動,這樣才有利於解決各自面臨的問題,實現共同的目標。
Teacher education professional communities of universities, primary and secondary schools are professional partners formed by embracing the basic goals and embedding the main tasks into the context of communities.Each partner encounters different problems and bear their own uniqueness and complexity. During the process of fostering partnership between universities, primary and secondary schools and other institutions, this calls for active participation and interaction as well as ongoing construction and improvement among partners so as to achieve the common goals and resolve individual problems.
