基礎教育新課程實施的影響因素分析:重慶北碚實驗區的個案調查

Abstract

分析課程實施的影響因素對推動課程改革的發展來說十分重要。本文對重慶北碚實驗區的兩所學校進行了個案調查,從新課程本身的特徵、巨集觀社會以及學校內部三個層面出發,分析了影響新課程改革的若干主要因素。就新課程的特徵而言,儘管教師認為這次改革十分必要,但改革規模宏大,而且新課程實用性欠佳。從學校所處的宏觀脈絡來看,新課程改革的決策參與機制、教師發展與資源支持仍需改進。為促進新課程的實施狀況,學校還應該進一步發揮校長的課程領導職能,改善學校組織結構,同時發展合作的教師文化。
In order to facilitate the curriculum reform, it is very important to analyze the influencing factors of Curriculum Implementation. Based on previous theories, we investigated 2 schools in Beibei District, Chongqing City, one of the experimental areas of the New Curriculum Reform. This paper discussed some basic factors which influence the New Curriculum Reform and these factors are classified as three clusters, i. e. the characteristics of the New Curriculum, macro-social context and factors within school. As to the first cluster, though teachers think it is necessary to initiate innovation, the New Curriculum Reform is too complex and with some defects in its practicality. As to the second cluster, we still have to do much to improve the decision-making mechanism, teacher development and resources supporting the Reform. In order to facilitate the implementation process, principals should play more important role in curriculum leadership, and develop collaborative teaching culture as well as optimize schools’ organization structure.
