Abstract
國際社會對早期教育研究倫理規範的重視與推動已歷經半個多世紀。英國早期教育協會2011年面向包括研究人員在內的早期教育專業人員發布的《倫理守則》、歐洲早期教育研究協會2014年發布的《早期教育研究人員的倫理綱要》均系統提出了為尊重和維護所有研究對象、研究者、資助研究的社會組織、研究共同體和人類社會的權益而需要遵循的基本規範,對國際早期教育研究產生了廣泛的重要影響。早期教育研究倫理規範要求在研究者開展研究前進行倫理審查,要求監督並支持研究者在研究過程中遵守倫理規範,要求研究者在撰寫和傳播研究成果時匯報遵守倫理規範的情況。我國早期教育研究者應積極徵求包括嬰幼兒在內的研究對象的參與意願,開展研究倫理的反思性實踐,並積極推動國際早期教育研究倫理規範的本土化。我國相關專業組織、高校、科研機構應盡快組建倫理審查委員會,研製符合我國早期教育領域特點的研究倫理規範,並確保對研究行為的全過程監管。我國早期教育學界可通過出版平台嚴格篩除不符合倫理規範的研究成果,促進研究者遵守並堅持研究倫理規範。
The international community has attached importance to and promoted the ethics of early childhood research for more than half a century. The Code of Ethics released by the British Association for Early Childhood Education in 2011 and The Ethical Code for Early Childhood Researchers released by the European Early Childhood Education Research Association in 2014 systematically proposed the basic norms to be followed to respect and protect the rights and interests of all research objects, researchers, funding organizations, research communities, and human society, which have a broad and important impact on the global early childhood research. When implementing the ethics of early childhood research, it generally goes through three stages: research design, research implementation, and writing and dissemination of research results. Chinese early childhood researchers should actively seek the informed consent of young children and other participants and understand their willingness to participate, carry out reflective practice of ethics, and start to design and implement the locally appropriate ethical codes in research. Professional organizations such as academic groups or associations should formulate research ethical regulations that are consistent with the characteristics of early childhood education, and cooperate with ethics review committees of scientific research institutions such as universities and research institutes to ensure the supervision of research behaviours. Early childhood education academics can strictly screen out outputs that do not conform to ethical regulations through the publishing platforms, and form a virtuous circle of observing research ethical regulations.
