國內外幼兒游戲治療的實證研究及展望

Abstract

本研究對2000年以來國內外幼兒遊戲治療的相關實證研究文獻進行梳理,結果發現,(1)幼兒遊戲治療的對象一般是行為及心理發展存在障礙的幼兒。(2)已有遊戲治療多採用倒返實驗設計,通過多基線比照考察幹預效果。(3)幼兒遊戲治療幹預措施多樣,較典型的治療方案是“兒童中心遊戲治療”,國內有研究者對此從多角度進行了探索,但程式尚沒有十分系統化。(4)有研究者對游戲治療評估工具的信效度和已有遊戲治療效果進行了檢驗,發現效果良好。最後,本研究對幼兒遊戲治療實證研究的趨勢進行了展望。
This study is based on a review of related academic works or papers about play therapy for early child at home and abroad since 2000. The results show that(1) the research object of play therapy for early children are usually those who have certain behavioral and developmental obstacles; (2) the empirical researches usually use reversal design, which set several baseline comparisons to examine the effects of play therapy; (3) the intervening measures of play therapy for early child are various and the representative one is Child-Centered Play Therapy, which have been explored and studied by Chinese researchers from many perspectives, though the procedures are less systematic; and(4) some researchers have examined the reliability and validity of evaluation tools for the play therapy and confirmed that the play therapy result is favorable. Finally, this paper presents the prospects on the empirical research tendency of play therapy for early child. Copyright © 2014 浙江教育報刊社.
