Abstract
建立了用同步螢光法測定魚膽汁中的1-羥基芘(1-HP)的方法。該方法通過直接測定魚膽汁的多環芳烴(PAHs)的代謝產物之一1-HP, 用於判斷PAHs生物有效部分對海岸帶養殖水環境的污染程度。以真鯛(Pargrosomus major, 簡稱Pm), 魚(Nibea miichthys, , 簡稱Nm) 為實驗物件, 現場實驗結果令人滿意。
A method for the determination of 1-hydroxy pyrene in fish bile by synchronous fluorescnece spectrometry has been established. The experimental results shown that 1-hydroxy pyrene, one of the most imporant polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) metabolites in fish bile, can be determined directly by synchronous fluorescence spectrometry. Fish bile samples were obtained form Pagrosomus major and Nibea miichthys, which were sampled at three different sampling stations in Xiamen marine cultural area. The usefulness of 1-hydroxy pyrene analytical method in fish bile as a biomonitoring tool for PAHs pollution is discussed.
