Abstract

在學校進行改進工作是非常吸引人和有意義的。從香港中文大學與學校合作的過程中,更體會到改進工作的艱難和挑戰。本文嘗試從文獻中尋找學校改進的知識基礎,包括變革及學校效能與學校改進的關係,學校改進的領域及階段,並指出學校改進的條件及相關因素,以及如何從夥伴合作中學習和成長。最後,整理出優質學校計劃的改進策略架構。
It is very meaningful and attractive in conducting school improvement work. In the process of cooperation between the university and schools, we experience the difficulties and challenges in school improvement. This article tries to establish the knowledge base in the field of school improvement, including the relationship among school change, school effectiveness and improvement. The objectives, dimensions and stages of school improvement are defined. It also touches on the conditions and critical factors of school improvement, and how to learn and grow in a partnership environment. Lastly, the framework of the improvement strategies of Quality Schools Project in Hong Kong is formulated. Copyright © 2003 香港中文大學敎育學院,香港敎育硏究所.
