Abstract
本文分析傑出學校獎勵計劃評審準則和等級概述的特點、探討「教學與學習」範疇內指標與「高效能學校」、「學校改進」研究,以及學校教育質素保証表現指標之關係。此外,本文也會分析「計劃」的理念可能存在的限制,並探討「教學與學習」範疇重點對香港學校發展的啟示。
This paper attempts to analyse the characteristics of the grade descriptors and indicators of the effective teaching and learning domain of the Outstanding School Award Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Government. It also explores the relationships of the indicators of the scheme to the Quality Assurance Inspection framework in Hong Kong and contemporary literature in school effectiveness and Improvement. In addition, this paper also analyses the possible limitations of the scheme and explores the implications of launching of the "Teaching and Learning Domain" of the scheme for the development of quality teaching and learning culture in Hong Kong schools.
